Rigid/Gas permeable (Hard Lens) Contact Lens Fitting & Exam Fee

Includes contact lens exam plus custom lens designing with imaging to attain accurate fitting to normal and irregular corneas.
Does not include lenses.

Medical Office Visit Fee

Problem focused eye exam (For example, red eyes, flashes or floaters, foreign body sensation, injury, etc.). Does not include prescription for glasses or contacts, or specialty testing.

Scleral Contact lens Fitting

Ortho-k (Orthokeratology) Contact lens fitting Fee
